Story: A story with twists, it begins with the young couple Sriram (Shaam) and Anjali (Sandhya) who live a happy life in London except for one problem. Anjali wants to become a mother but is unable to do so due to some internal problems and starts getting stressed with her inability. Despite the best efforts by Gynecologist (Revathi), the result is not achieved and just when the couple is about to give up, Anjali conceives and gives birth to a baby. Just when things are about to settle, trouble comes in the form of leading model Divya (Divya Spandana) who takes away the baby from Anjali claiming it to be hers. Truth is revealed when Sriram confesses to Anjali that Divya is his former lover and she is trying to take revenge since he left her. Though the couple approaches the court, Divya wins the case with formidable evidence. With nothing left to do, the couple is on the verge of leaving London when an unexpected tale of events happens and the baby gets back to its mother. What is that twist? How does Anjali conceive? All this forms the rest of the story.

Presentation:
Athiyaman has come with a decent tale of romance added with good elements of suspense and action. His presentation has been good and the narration of the story when it comes to the suspense sequences is worth a watch. However, he should have been more convincing at some points like the breakup of the affair and the climax. He is well supported by the camera and though there is no catchy number, the background score is well connected. The locations have been captured very well and the editing is also impressive. Shaam who is making his comeback after a long time has come up with an effective performance and Sandhya as the innocent wife and the craving mother depicted her role with courage and emotions. The real show-stealer however was Divya who looked stunning in the outfits and portrayed some high quality emotions during the vengeful scenes. She touched the peak during the last parting kiss scene. Revathy and Vivek added enough fuel to the film with their performances.

Conclusion:
A romantic thriller added with suspense, the film has the required maturity to convey a realistic sense to the audience. While the first half goes on a slow pace with the romance and emotional angle, it is the second half which is nail biting and gives enough tempo to the suspense factor. The story has been well supported by the cast and if there is no biggie on the way, the film looks promising for a hit category.

Actress Poorna is acting as a Christian girl in the film Vithagan. She said,” I am doing a role called Mercy in the film Vithagan which has Parthiban in the lead. He is also directing this film. I am also acting with Jai in Arjunan Kadhali and with Vishnu in Drohi. Apart from this I am pairing with Nakulan in Kandha Kottai. There is a question why should I act with senior actor in Vithagan when I am acting with young actors. The reason for this is Vithagan’s story. This action film is centered on the hero.

But the speciality is the different kind of screenplay. I will be doing the work which normally hero does in the climax scene. This film will bring out my acting skills. It is really comfortable to work with young heroes because they don’t have big image and there will be lot of importance for romantic scenes. Equal importance will be given for heroines. But at the same time if you act with big actors, you can be popular among the audience. We can learn a lot of things about cinema from them. As far as I am concerned acting with elder actors and younger actors doesn’t make any difference for me.”
